Miss You :)

Well deer season 2009 has officially begun...Clark left for his new deer lease on Wednesday and hunted first thing Thursday morning for the bow hunt opening day. I know he was so excited for this new season not only for the new camper that he would be staying in ('70's jewel!) and new hunting grounds but also because this is his time to do his "deep" thinking and spend some time alone, away from the typical day to day matters he has come to know in the past few months.

I know he misses us terribly! Below are some of the pictures that we have exchanged from our phones as Clark sits alone in his deer stand waiting to see the "big one"!

First Picture we received from Clark...CJ asked what was on his face-it's just to cover him up since he is in a tree stand rather than in a blind where he can't be seen.



This is the picture we sent back after the boys had their baths.


Then today, we received this one...a butterfly had landed right on Clark's knee.


But CJ asked where his daddy was...so Clark sent this one back that said, "Here's daddy!"


Then we sent this one back of Peyton while he was eating his dinner.


...and then of CJ and Mark as they sat on the couch watching their show together. Mark was actually upset, not sure why but CJ was giving him a hug, notice the tear running down Mark's cheek.


So this is the start of the season and although we miss Clark when he is gone, I know its good for him to be out there enjoying the fresh Fall air!! We love you so much honey!
