Wonderful 3 days!

What a wonderful Easter weekend! The service on Sunday was amazing!

We got to spend 3 full days with Clark, when he is home, that's where we want to be! Some may say, he's home every night...well, that's just not enough time when it comes to little boys spending time with their daddy! Friday night we had professional pictures taken and although I haven't included them here, I will soon! We were all worn out, Clark and I sat in our chairs, ate our ice cream and we both passed out in the living room until midnight. I'm telling you, we were pooped. Coordinating, packing, dressing, feeding etc...we love it, but we realize it wears us thin a lot of the time and we need our rest!

Saturday, Clark put my bike carrier/jogger stroller together (Tom and Melissa had given it me for Christmas but we had to move some things out of the garage in order to make it fit before we put it together). This thing is wonderful! Its amazingly light with over 50 pounds full of boys in it. CJ just wishes he could ride too, he's starting to complain a little when he's riding his bike in order for me to let him ride in the "big wheels" but its just not going to happen! If he had a seat it would work out-the weight limit is 100 pounds so we'd still be in range with all three in it.

Easter morning at our house...Peyton even searched for eggs!

Mark decided he would open the first egg he saw and stuffed his mouth full...due to the candy in the morning, he didn't nap at all that afternoon and pooped three times during the time he was supposed to be sleeping. The candy really did him in!

The boys have thoroughly enjoyed all their Easter treats! We have replaced the snack bin in the pantry with all sorts of pastel goodies surely to last for a LONG time and ready for those times when everybody wants some "sugar"! Grandma and Grandpa sent their treats last week so that the boys could wear their new tan Crocs with their Easter outfits! Thanks Dorothy! Mimi and Poppy came over Friday night to make their delivery and we read their little books and the boys started on the candy first thing! I had made some REAL good chocolate cupcakes and I wanted so badly to give some to Tom since he's a real chocolate lover like Clark, although I felt bad later that I might of ruined his diet that he was proud of...sorry Tom, I hope you enjoyed them and that you're back on track!

Grammy's baskets are below. I'm just glad that I inherited a tad bit of her creativity! Today, we have watched every Veggietales movie and BuzzyBee movie at least two times, we listened the whole Kiss your Brain CD and CJ and Mark both painted in their paint books-Mark drank more paint-water than painted but he did paint nevertheless! We had a fun day with lots of activities plus we even fit in a little bit of school! Some letters, math and science (learning about living things) for a wiggly, smart 4 year old!
